tylko is a new-generation design company that launched in September 2015 at London Design Festival. It specializes in providing the perfectly fitting furniture for its customers, that can be customized to meet the needs of their home. Tylko believes in perfectly-fit, functional furniture that looks great, is easy to customize and assemble and eliminates the need for a trip to a mass box store.
During the work in tylko.com I had a pleasure to work in small, two-person UX team, in which each of us ran individual projects, however we were designing all the key elements together. In such a model of work I had a chance to work on many varied elements of the tylko.com service. Work in start-up, nearly from its beginning, offered an interesting and unique way of self-development, as well as motivated to enhance self-discipline, some kind of project self-reliance and holistic thinking about brand and its product. All the experiences -- from the first contact with website, thought order process, mails, to unpacking, reading an instruction and reviewing product -- needed to by designed.

Reviews
One of the most pleasant tasks for me was creating a site for leaving reviews or opinions about tylko products. It looks like small project but during its realization i was cooperating with marketers, copywriters, graphic designers (from tylko.com on layout and from Super Super studio while working on icons) and as always -- with an IT department.
Main goal within the project described was to find something that will help users leave their opinions about product or service, and change the whole process to nice experience. At the same time we wanted to help our users with providing useful feedback for other people interested in our products.
Project consists of subpage for viewing opinions and filtering them as well as filtering mechanism, subpages for the purposes of feedback adding -- a little bit different for each of the products. Moreover all the mentioned elements but adapted for application.
Transaction emails
Jednym z większych zadań jakie wykonywałam było opracowanie maili transakcyjnych i retargetingowych znów we współpracy z marketingiem, IT, grafikami, copyrighterami. Od opisanego powyżej różniło się przedewszystkim poziomem skomplikowania i ilością różnych możliwych opcji i warunków oraz rzeczy, które musiały być logiczną konsekwencją poprzednich wydarzeń. Przez co oba projekty były niezwykle ciekawe

Podczas pracy w tylko miałam rówńież okazję przeprowadzać testy użyteczności on-line za pomocą hotjara oraz przy wsparciu performance marketingu weryfkiować pewne założena, oraz prowadzić testy użyteczności strony i aplikacji w rozmowie jeden na jeden.
