About
My attitude to design is hightly human-centered, because it all about solving the problems we have. It is the reason why I take use of research on multiple stages of a project. Beacause of my experience, basic psychological knowledge, and design background, I perform well in work with users, and I am captable of utilizing it for the product development.
At the same time I am aware of the importance of providing effects of work in the clear, and easy to understand way, which is essential for improving the team's results. Particularly important to me is the visual aspect of reports.
At least the part of this attitude is the result of Communication Desing studies I finished cum laude in 2015. It was where I learned the significance of the user-centered design, and I learned tools useful the UX work, such as personas built by conducting interviews, context maps, sakeholder maps, paper prototyping, creating application flows etc. Advantage of this degree program was also realizing group projects commissioned by companies, and non-profit organisations. It resulted in contacts with business in order to solve the actual problems they face, and to present the representatives of companies developed solutions.
There are two UX designers in my current workplace. We work on various parts of the Tylko.com product; some of the projects we do together, and some of them separately. Work in a startup since its foundation helps to develop self-discipline, provides wide development opportunities, allows to learn a project management and to emerge a holistic view on the product.
